About the role
The Senior Change Analyst supports the planning and delivery of organisational change initiatives that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working. The role develops change strategies and plans, assesses impacts, engages stakeholders, facilitates workshops, and builds change capability through knowledge sharing, tools and communications.
- Support the development and delivery of change strategies, plans and initiatives for business and technology change.
- Assess change impacts and identify actions to support successful adoption and transition.
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to deliver coordinated change and communication activities.
- Facilitate workshops, information sessions and engagement activities to support change outcomes.
- Monitor adoption, analyse insights and recommend actions to embed sustainable behavioural and process change.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Build organisational change capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, tools and resources.
- Develop reusable change management templates, guides and playbooks for business-wide use.
- Contribute to organisational change communities of practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted change advice and support across the organisation.
What will you bring?
- Experience delivering change initiatives in complex business, transformation, process improvement and/or technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and content development skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and support behavioural change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions.
- Experience creating communications, presentations and engagement materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Miro, Canva, SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience in project management, learning and development, or operational leadership roles.
- Exposure to Human-Centred Design (HCD), Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, system implementation or process redesign programs
