Why This Role Exists

Our client HUB are scaling rapidly and bringing their core credit engine onshore to their Potts Point HQ. They are building an elite onshore team of autonomous, high-calibre Senior Credit Analysts reporting directly to their Credit Operations Lead.

You will own the complex edge cases, their custom-built proprietary platform, designed to automate 70% of the routine underwriting over the next 12 months; you will eliminate manual bottlenecks and focus entirely on high-value decisions, maintaining a target volume of 4–5 full-doc assessments per day.

Who You Are

You are an ambitious, sharp credit mind who is completely done with the slow pace, endless layers of management, and rigid bureaucracy of traditional banking. You view credit as a whole system, balancing speed, data, throughput, and broker experience perfectly.

To step into this seat, you must bring:

• A minimum of 2+ years continuously holding a personal residential home loan DLA.
• You have worked at a fast-paced lender or scaling non-bank.
• You see AI as an asset, not a threat. You’re either already using AI tools to optimise your workflow, or you are itching to work in an AI-native credit environment.
• You excel in prime full-doc lending. If you also bring alt-doc, self-employed, or commercial underwriting capability, you will immediately stand out.
• High humility, high standards, and zero ego.
