Requirements
- Strong experience in data analysis or a related analytics role, ideally within financial services or insurance
- Confidence leading complex analytics projects from scoping and planning through to delivery
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders in an advisory-style role
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports and data models that support clear decision-making
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources in a controlled environment
- A talent for turning business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, reporting and data-driven initiatives from scoping and planning through delivery.
- Independently lead analytics projects and deliver high-quality, timely solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Turn complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across Zurich.
- Develop dashboards, reports and data models to support clear decision-making.
- Work with data across large datasets and multiple sources in a controlled environment.
- Help teams use data in a consistent, secure and compliant way.
