Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Land Economics, Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
- Experience within valuations, investment management, real estate analytics, development, capital transactions or a related analytical discipline
- Strong financial modelling, feasibility and investment analysis capability, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with property modelling platforms such as Forbury, Argus or Estate Master is highly regarded
- Knowledge of property markets, valuation methodologies and investment decision-making frameworks
- Strong analytical capability, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in real estate investment and portfolio strategy
- Proactive and self-directed, with confidence to challenge assumptions and contribute ideas
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach, building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Investment analysis and modelling – Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analysis and forecasting to support investment strategy, asset optimisation and portfolio decision-making
- Highest and best use (HBU) & development feasibility – Support development and HBU assessments through feasibility modelling, value creation analysis and strategic scenario testing
- Portfolio strategy support – Evaluate asset and portfolio performance, including buy, hold and sell analysis, return attribution and capital allocation opportunities
- Market intelligence & research – Analyse market trends, transaction activity and competitive dynamics to generate insights that inform investment recommendations
- Investment committee & stakeholder reporting – Prepare analysis and materials for Investment Committee papers, executive presentations and fund-facing reporting
- Data, reporting & analytics – Enhance reporting tools and dashboards that enable portfolio monitoring, scenario modelling and data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Investment Management, Development, Finance and Asset Management teams to deliver accurate, commercially relevant analysis and insights
Desired Qualifications
