    Requirements
    • A bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative or technical field such as Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
    • Highly proficient in Structured Query Language and Python or R for advanced data analysis.
    • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to build high-density, interactive dashboards.
    • Comfort working around technical product concepts such as Inertial Measurement Units, Global Navigation Satellite Systems, robotics, sensor fusion, or acoustics.
    • A strong grasp of Agile methodologies and modern product management frameworks.
    • Ability to explain complex statistical models to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
    • A curious mindset with an intrinsic drive to learn complex technical frameworks quickly.
    • Exceptional attention to detail combined with a bias for action and decisive problem-solving.
    Responsibilities
    • Own the end-to-end data pipelines for product performance, telemetry, and customer usage behavior.
    • Define, track, and report on core Product Team Objectives and Key Results and feature adoption metrics.
    • Conduct complex data modeling to evaluate how software-enhanced hardware optimizations impact system performance across diverse applications such as aerospace, maritime, and mining.
    • Partner with Senior Product Managers to lead product discovery phases using data-backed hypotheses and design thinking frameworks.
    • Model return on investment and conduct financial and strategic planning for new product updates, evaluating target commercial opportunities globally.
    • Perform competitive intelligence and market sizing analysis within the defense, autonomous vehicle, and subsea robotics sectors.
    • Act as the analytical connection uniting Research and Development, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support.
    • Synthesize raw technical field-testing data and customer support escalations into prioritized feature requests for engineering teams.
    • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to design, scale, and optimize internal product telemetry tools.
    • Establish robust data-governance standards for how the product team measures success.
    • Deliver rapid prototypes of dashboards and insights, iteratively refining them alongside product shifts.
    Desired Qualifications
    • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a deep-tech, robotics, software-as-a-service and hardware hybrid, or high-reliability manufacturing organization.
    • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or custom cloud-based telemetry platforms.
