Background in mobile product management, ideally within fintech, accounting, or financial domains.
Experience managing complex products end-to-end, with a track record of translating customer research into actionable product strategies.
Ability to build stakeholder alignment across diverse teams and navigate difficult conversations.
Comfort navigating complex technical domains and turning intricate systems into simple experiences.
Ability to coach and mentor colleagues in user research methodologies, product prioritisation, and experimental problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize shippable value over perfection in fast-moving environments.
Comfort setting key product metrics, tracking customer performance, and establishing clear team objectives and key results.
A collaborative mindset focused on continuously improving product management practices and team delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Mobile product strategy and roadmaps while aligning key workstreams with Xero’s overall objectives.
Conduct customer engagement and research to identify, frame, and validate high-value problem areas.
Establish team delivery cadences, define success metrics, and actively participate in quarterly objectives and key results planning.
Guide products through their full lifecycle, managing risk, compliance, and iterative performance improvements.
Own new and existing Mobile products and drive meaningful customer and commercial value.
Lead products end-to-end from early research and ideation through implementation and ongoing iteration.
Embed data and customer insights into product decisions, establish clear product roadmaps, and deliver seamless user experiences.
