    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, along with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication, or a related field.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and maintain the organization’s IT systems, client management software to ensure accuracy, reliability and operational efficiency.
    • Support the implementation and configuration compliance systems, client record management tools, rostering/ scheduling platforms and incident reporting systems.
    • Deliver cross-functional technical support to staff, coordinators and managers, resolving system issues promptly to minimize service disruption.
    • Assess business processes service delivery, finance, compliance and HR teams to identify system gaps and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with operational leads to ensure IT solutions meet Quality requirements, including data privacy, reporting and audit obligations.
    • Plan and coordinate system upgrades, integrations and enhancements to improve participant data accuracy, workflow performance and reporting capabilities.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, electronic recordkeeping, remote service delivery tools and cloud platform adoption.
    • Monitor emerging technologies, assistive technologies, secure communication platforms to support innovation.
    • Develop, review and maintain IT documentation, process manuals and compliance records, ensuring systems align with business Practice Standards and internal policies.
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on system use, data entry accuracy and cybersecurity awareness to enhance service quality and participant safety.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, Telecommunication, or a related field.
    • Must have at least 2 years of IT experience.
    • Extensive experience with SharePoint, HTML, JSON, Office 365, and other relevant platforms.
    • Proven track record in IT management and leadership.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
