Our client HUB, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison for client integrations with our payment gateway API. You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions across multiple languages and platforms.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical integration, solutions engineering, or API-focused support; or a CS degree with strong fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication models (OAuth, API keys, HMAC).
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Ruby).
- Experience troubleshooting integrations involving HTTP requests, API responses, network issues, and application logs.
- Excellent ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support emerging features with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients integrating with our payment gateway API.
- Interpret client business requirements into practical implementation strategies.
- Support clients across multiple programming languages and troubleshoot authentication, transactions, and webhooks.
- Review client API payloads, logs, and code samples to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of API specs, SDKs, and authentication models and adapt to new feature launches.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and drive platform improvements.
- Collaborate with Client Implementations, Solution Engineers, and Product teams while creating integration guides and playbooks.
- Join client calls, technical workshops, and integration reviews.
