    About the Role

    We’re seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team based at our Adelaide Head Office.

    Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you’ll work closely with operational leaders across our Customer Streams, acting as a trusted finance partner by providing financial analysis and project support that influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

    What You’ll Do

    • Prepare accurate month-end management reports and financial analysis.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
    • Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.
    • Analyse project performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
    • Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting across major projects.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes.
    • Contribute to the development of reporting tools and financial procedures.
    • Work collaboratively across the Finance team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
    • End-to-end accounting processes to support accurate financial reporting and business performance.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
    • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded.
    • Experience in external audit looking to make your first move into industry, or previous experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar commercial finance role
    • Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

    • Experience partnering with operational or project delivery teams.
    • Knowledge of AASB 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
    • Experience in project accounting or major project environments.
