Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-stack experience with shipped experience in payments, subscriptions, or growth surfaces.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, and SQL.
- Ability to independently analyze funnel questions using SQL.
- Ability to own a metric rather than only a backlog.
Responsibilities
- Build and own monetisation systems, including plans, paywalls, subscriptions, credit and usage metering, auto top-up, access control, and revenue share.
- Own onboarding and activation end to end, from signup through the first task and first genuine result, including experiments to improve activation.
- Build analytics and experimentation foundations covering events, funnels, attribution, and A/B tests.
- Work directly with payment providers and handle declines, webhooks, disputes, and platform-specific quirks.
