JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or willingness to obtain certification within a defined timeframe.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including participation in enterprise or business-critical project delivery.
- Experience building and maintaining Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Good understanding of Power Fx, Power Platform connectors, REST API integrations, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management concepts, source control, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows, including Cloud and Desktop flows, in line with business and technical requirements.
- Build and enhance Dataverse data models and integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications using standard and custom connectors.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, following established development, testing, deployment, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and senior team members to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and participate in solution demonstrations and testing activities.
- Implement and configure Power Platform AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI integrations, to automate business processes and improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Power Platform applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Power Platform development team.
- Support project workstreams, contribute to solution design, and assist in the successful delivery of intelligent automation initiatives for clients.
- Communicate clearly, manage tasks independently, proactively identify opportunities to add value, and help maintain strong client working relationships.
Desired Qualifications
