Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience focused primarily on front-end development is required.
- Experience with Svelte and SvelteKit or other server-side rendering frameworks such as React and NextJS, Vue and Nuxt, or Quasar is required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals, subscriptions including WebSockets and Pub/Sub, TypeScript, GraphQL, Storybook, and related technologies is required.
- Experience with front-end unit testing frameworks and methodologies, such as Vitest, Jest, and Testing Library, is required.
- A strong understanding of code architecture and design principles is required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities are required for addressing technical challenges and collaborating with stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and grow as a full-stack engineer are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and propose solutions that improve team performance and contribute to team and company objectives and key results.
- Drive technical improvements and constructive changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions that contribute to team goals and initiatives.
- Independently complete medium-sized projects or components from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative in technical discussions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with blockchain technologies is preferred.
- Experience integrating with third-party user interfaces and application programming interfaces to implement product features is preferred.
