Requirements
- 15+ years in electrical & ITS engineering, with consulting expertise
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- Chartered accreditation (EA / RPEQ)
- Proven leadership in smart motorways and road lighting
- Strong knowledge of Australian ITS/electrical standards and design tools
- Strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, and client relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Lead design & delivery of ITS, lighting, signals, and roadside infrastructure
- Oversee electrical & communications engineering with a focus on quality and innovation
- Drive strategic pursuits and partnerships aligned with national priorities
- Mentor a high-performing team and foster technical excellence
- Represent WSP with industry bodies like ITS Australia & Engineers Australia
