What you will enjoy doing

• Supporting the achievement of LP Gas sales budgets across agreed volume, margin, and product group objectives
• Working collaboratively to facilitate appliance sales where appropriate
• Building and growing an existing customer base, ensuring both volume and margin outcomes align with branch goals
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with customers through consistent and well-planned engagement
• Managing a structured call schedule, with a focus on delivering meaningful and high-quality customer interactions
• Planning and organising your month effectively, including submitting planners and reports on time
• Identifying opportunities for growth across your geographic area and sharing leads with the broader team for follow-up
• Monitoring and sharing insights on product performance, margin, volume, and competitor activity
• Supporting customer re-signs by preparing business cases and working within Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within systems
• Building relationships with trade partners and ensuring they are well-supported

What makes you great

• Experience in field sales or account management (approximately 2–3 years)
• A strong customer focus, with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships
• A results-oriented approach, with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial outcomes
• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and resolve challenges constructively
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and priorities
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams
• A commitment to safe working practices and promoting safety in customer interactions
• Current, and valid driver’s Licence
