We’re inviting an AI Engineer to join their newly formed, specialised AI team and help drive the next phase of innovation across their business.

What you’ll be doing?

• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions that improve internal efficiency and external amazement.
• Build Agentic Systems: Design, write, and scale stateful multi-agent workflows and automated RAG pipelines using Python, Langflow, and LangGraph.
• Own the full solution lifecycle, working closely with Software, Data & Product teams.
• Embed AI-driven components into existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Manage and optimise AI infrastructure
• Apply best practices across testing, documentation, and monitoring to ensure reliable, high-performing solutions.

What you can bring to the (wonderful) team?

• Experience in Python with a strong track record of building and delivering production-ready applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions (e.g. LLM orchestration, RAG, or AI agents).
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks, including agentic systems and RAG techniques.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes for deploying and scaling workloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a super collaborative mindset!
