JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Proven enterprise services, solution, or consulting sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer outcomes into services proposals.
- Demonstrated government or public-sector services sales experience with large, complex accounts.
- Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting rigor.
- Willingness to travel as required, including to Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage a healthy services pipeline across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland government and public-sector accounts, maintaining accurate forecasting and Microsoft Sales Experience CRM hygiene.
- Originate and close consulting, Industry Solutions Delivery, and Unified support deals, owning the end-to-end sales motion from qualification to signature.
- Develop and execute account plans in partnership with account teams, aligning Microsoft services to customer priorities and renewal cycles.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer business and technical decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders.
- Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams, including specialists, delivery, deal desk, and legal, to shape compliant, value-based proposals.
- Navigate public-sector procurement and Whole-of-Government frameworks, supporting required deal approvals and risk assessments.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and consumption targets.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Security, and with Unified support offerings.
- Existing relationships within the Western Australian and South Australian markets and government ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and orchestration skills.
