JOB SUMMARY
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Managing podcast production, including guest coordination, scripting and promotion
- Leading weekly social media and content planning
- Coordinating earned media and ATL campaign activity
- Developing campaign copy, scripts and marketing collateral
- Managing campaign assets with internal creative teams
- Supporting surveys, competitions and promotional initiatives
- Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Working with agency and media partners to coordinate campaign delivery
- 3–5 years’ experience across content marketing, media, campaign management or brand marketing
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong social media and content planning capability
- Confident copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing podcasts, video or multimedia content
- Exposure to paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving priorities with high attention to detail
- Experience within fintech, media, publishing or membership-based businesses
- Exposure to earned media or PR campaigns
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with platforms like Braze
