As an Engineering Technician, you play a key role in maintaining our landmark hotel at the highest standards, ensuring a safe, refined, and seamless environment for our guests, residents, and team members.

Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
• Uphold the highest standards of property maintenance across all hotel facilities, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and guest comfort.
• Demonstrate hands‑on expertise with tools and equipment, while remaining current with modern technologies and systems used within luxury hospitality environments
• Work autonomously and interdependently, confidently managing shifts independently and taking full ownership of daily maintenance operations.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard, including basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Proactively drive preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime, extend asset life, and continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Identify recurring facility issues and implement safe, efficient, and long‑term solutions aligned with best practice.
• Support seamless hotel operations by responding promptly and professionally to urgent and reactive maintenance requests.

About You:

• Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
