Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning activities, including commissioning planning, site acceptance tests (SAT) and R2 testing, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and corrective actions for complex technical issues.
• Act as the key technical interface between customers, sales, technical and R&D teams to ensure timely and high-quality issue resolution.
• Deliver technical training to customers and service partners to ensure safe and competent operation of Sungrow products.
• Provide training for the customers and service partners and ensure the personnel have the competence to operate the products correctly.

Requirements

• This position is based in Adelaide, South Australia.
• Valid working visa in Australia.
• Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and/or similar background.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position with relevant experience.
• Utility project commissioning including R2 testing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Fluent (verbal) in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with owners, team members, field team and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organisation and time management skills handling multiple tasks at once.
