Requirements
- Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
