Requirements
- Proficiency in one of Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience maintaining and improving large monorepo build infrastructure.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex build or runtime errors.
- Ability to guide and mentor other team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
Responsibilities
- Develop self-service infrastructure to help engineering teams work more efficiently.
- Work across continuous integration and continuous delivery, build systems, test frameworks, cloud providers, and other developer-related domains.
- Roll out build-related best practices and tools across services throughout the organization.
- Design, build, and optimize developer workflows for building, testing, and deploying a monorepo architecture.
- Participate in solution design meetings, hiring interviews, and code reviews.
- Improve and maintain internal developer experience platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bazel.
