Job Description:
As a Lead, Credit Decision Science & AI, you will lead credit-risk analytics and AI capability within a consumer credit fintech, developing credit decisioning models and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities:
* Develop credit decisioning models and risk-based pricing.
* Perform portfolio monitoring and IFRS 9 ECL analysis.
* Drive AI and automation in credit risk.
* Use Snowflake, Dataiku, and Python for analytics.
Qualifications Needed:
* Experience in credit-risk analytics and decision science.
* Strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, and Dataiku.
* Knowledge of IFRS 9 ECL and portfolio monitoring.
* Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
