Job Description:

As a Lead Software Engineer (SSE II), you will drive the development of innovative buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) products, leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams within a fast-growing fintech company.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and delivery of scalable BNPL platform features and services.

* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.

* Collaborate with product, design, and risk teams to build customer-centric financial products.

* Ensure code quality, performance, and security across the engineering organization.

Qualifications Needed:

* Extensive software engineering experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or BNPL.

* Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud-native technologies.

* Proven leadership and project delivery skills.

* Deep understanding of financial products, risk, and compliance.
