The Impact you’ll have
- Support customers during software implementation, ensuring optimal use and resolving technical issues
- Deliver training to clients and internal staff to build product knowledge and capability
- Identify, test, and report software bugs, collaborating with product teams on solutions and improvements
- Assist technical sales through demonstrations, proposals, and identifying upselling opportunities within accounts
- Contribute to product development by gathering user feedback, defining requirements, and participating in testing
What you need to succeed
- Strong customer focus and communication skills to build relationships and ensure client success
- Solid technical problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues and verify software bugs
- Confidence in delivering training and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Commercial awareness to support sales activities and identify upselling opportunities
- Organisation and attention to detail for managing support cases, CRM updates, and multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience (or strong capability) in analysing, designing, implementing, or supporting technical systems, ideally within mining, engineering, or other complex operational environments
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as engineering, earth sciences, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, mine planning processes and deliver effective planning solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
