JOB   DETAILS

1. Experience Range: 1-3 Years

2. Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the physical setup and mounting of network equipment (routers, switches, SDWAN devices) on Rack.

· Provide remote console access and hands-on support to technical teams during configuration and troubleshooting.

· Install and test replacement hardware components under guidance from remote engineers.

· Perform basic IP configuration and connectivity checks.

· Support patch cabling activities, including cable tracing and labeling.

· Conduct basic diagnostics of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

· Document installation details, including port mappings visually via photos as required.

· Participate in network migration and cutover activities, including post-migration hyper care and rollback support under the guidance of Wipro technical team as required.

· Coordinate with site teams and remote teams to validate equipment delivery and readiness.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 1–3 years of experience in network support or IT field services.

· Understanding of networking concepts (including Switches, Routers, LAN/WAN, IP addressing, Wi-Fi).

· Experience in providing hands-on support for network installations and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with enterprise switch environments.

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
