Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly designing and delivering systems at scale.
- Deep knowledge of software systems, operating environments, and how distributed applications run in production.
- A strong improvement mindset, with the ability to simplify complex systems and reduce operational friction.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions using a mix of third party and in-house technologies, owning their changes end-to-end, including understanding the business problem, design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
- Work closely with the team to support delivery where you see fit, such as requirements, architecture or implementation.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management tools, and modern web frameworks
- Experience working in trading or other high-performance, low-latency environments
