JOB  DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ART events — PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt
• Manage programme-level risks, dependencies, and impediments
• Coach teams and leaders in SAFe practices and Lean-Agile ways of working
• Communicate delivery status and metrics to senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across the ART

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Agile delivery, with 3+ years as an Release Train Engineer
• SAFe RTE certification (v5 or v6)
• Experience at major Australian bank ( strongly preferred)
• Domain knowledge in Payments and/or Cards (NPP, PayTo, card issuing/acquiring)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure in an enterprise delivery context
• Strong stakeholder management skills within regulated financial services

Requirements added by the job poster
