    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of6+ years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 3–4 years specifically focused on architecting and leading Salesforce implementations.
    • Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.) and the Lightning Platform.
    • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and ETL tools.
    • Experience with various integration patterns (Real-time, Batch, Pub/Sub) and Salesforce DX / DevOps workflows.
    • You enjoy untangling complex logic and finding the most elegant, “Salesforce-native” way to solve a problem.
    • Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
    Responsibilities
    • Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the architectural design for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. Create comprehensive technical blueprints, data models, and integration patterns that address specific client business needs.
    • Technical Discovery & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to unearth requirements. Support the sales team by providing technical validation and accurate effort estimations for proposed solutions.
    • Hands-on Governance: Ensure the technical integrity of the project by performing code reviews, validating configurations, and ensuring development teams adhere to established architectural standards.
    • Integration & Security: Design secure, seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. Define the identity management, authentication, and data privacy strategies for each engagement.
    • Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide day-to-day technical guidance to developers and consultants. Contribute to the internal library of reusable assets and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
    • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for clients, explaining complex technical trade-offs (e.g., “clicks vs. code”) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
