Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end‑to‑end investor acquisition, lead generation, conversion and retention strategies.
- Optimise the investor journey through data-led, scalable campaigns and content.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, website performance and ongoing optimisation.
- Track results, run testing and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
- Deliver targeted communications, automated journeys and nurture programs
- Use CRM and data insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead investor communications, events and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop partnerships and referral channels to expand reach.

You are a commercially focused marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability. You enjoy operating in a lean, high-performing environment and are motivated by growth, accountability and results.
Experience –
- Proven success in B2C marketing and customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage consumer customer bases.
- Strong experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth outcomes and marketing ROI.
- Experience within funds management, wealth management, ETFs, investment platforms, fintech or broader financial services preferred but certainly not essential.
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience working in high-growth consumer or technology businesses.
- Full Australian working rights.
