    About the Role

    We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Reward Analyst to join our People & Culture team to help deliver compensation, benefits, recognition, and reward programs across Australia and New Zealand.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst looking to broaden their exposure across both strategic and operational reward activities within a global organisation.

    What You’ll Do

    Reward & Remuneration

    • Support the delivery of compensation programs across Australia and New Zealand.
    • Conduct market benchmarking, remuneration analysis, and internal equity reviews.
    • Lead compensation data preparation and analysis for annual salary reviews, promotions, and market adjustments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support reward decision-making.
    • Support reward governance, compliance, and executive reporting.

    Benefits, Recognition & Equity Programs

    • Coordinate administration and reporting for the Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP).
    • Support employee recognition programs, annual awards, and reward initiatives.
    • Manage reward and benefits enquiries and stakeholder communications.
    • Partner with vendors on benefits administration, renewals, reporting, and audits.
    • Analyse benefits utilisation and identify improvement opportunities.

    Systems, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

    • Act as a key user for reward systems, including SuccessFactors Reward and Pay modules.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce reward analytics.
    • Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
    • Drive automation and simplification of reward processes.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent, and People Services teams.
    • Provide expert support on compensation and benefits matters.
    • Contribute to reward projects, governance activities, and leadership reporting.

    About You

    • At least 4 years’ experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Payroll, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.
    • Strong understanding of remuneration frameworks, salary review processes, and employee benefits.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modelling.
    • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and experience managing confidential information.
