Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Experience as a Full Stack Developer or specialization in Back End development.
- Proficiency in Java 17, Java Enterprise Edition 7, SQL, Java Persistence API, and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, including Scrum.
- Exposure to the automotive, finance, or leasing industries.
- Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Experience constructing and deploying solutions internally and for clients.
- Experience enhancing current applications, developing new modules, or executing client customization projects.
- Ability to resolve complex problems systematically.
- Strong communication skills, including client interaction.
- Fluency in English.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build solutions for the Miles ERP software package for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management.
- Customize the solution through configuration and custom development to meet customer needs.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team covering the end-to-end business flow.
- Participate in Agile practices, including Scrum, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
- Share Java best practices, code, tips, and tricks through the global Java community.
