JOB  SUMMARY

Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and improving IT infrastructure.
• Undertaking Infrastructure upgrades, migrations and project delivery.
• Leading / assisting with ISO compliance activities
• Supporting a broad range of cybersecurity initiatives (i.e. MFA implementation, endpoint protection, security monitoring, risk assessments, etc)
• Identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware / Hyper-V, Active Directory and Networking.
• Sound understanding of risk management, security controls, policy development, audit preparation and compliance reporting.
• Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Azure, Microsoft, ISO27001 and CompTIA Security+ certifications are beneficial.
• A current driver’s license and vehicle.
