JOB  SUMMARY

The main duties are as below:

• Investigation and troubleshooting hardware and software components in operational systems, identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods.
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
• Determining operational solutions for various solutions with unique software components and ensuring system software is compatible and capable of required performance metrics.
• Writing, updating, and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with team and discus with clients for business analysis and solutions provisions.
• Consulting, analyzing, and understanding the clients site requirements, and designing application and processing changes to satisfy client’s requirements.
• Providing advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities

The successful candidate will require:

• At least relevant Bachelor’s degree in IT
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
• Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
