Requirements

Strong full-stack software engineering capability across modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience building cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services.
Strong experience with technologies such as .NET/C#, React, TypeScript and modern API development.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel.
Experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures.
Experience delivering AI-enabled customer or colleague experiences.
Understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and emerging agentic workflows.
Ability to influence technical decisions and lead through expertise rather than authority.
Passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
Modern DevSecOps, CI/CD and observability practices.

Driving engineering excellence through automation, observability, security and quality engineering practices.
Collaborating with Product, Design, Architecture and Engineering teams to solve complex customer problems.
Supporting operational excellence through platform reliability, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of learning, ownership and technical excellence.
