In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and execution of corporate strategy. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will work on high-priority initiativesāoften mandated by the CEO and Boardāthat are critical to the organisationās long-term success. What Youāll Be Doing
- Supporting Strategic Projects:Ā Provide hands-on support for cross-functional, board-mandated strategic initiatives. You will assist in coordinating workstreams, conducting in-depth analysis, and preparing documentation to ensure key milestones are met.
- Driving Core Strategic Processes:Ā Take ownership of tracking and governance for high-value initiatives, providing clear visibility to the leadership team and board. You will also support the execution of annual and 5-year strategic planning cycles, contributing to data gathering and the development of the corporate strategy.
- Facilitating Key Forums:Ā Support the delivery of critical strategic forums, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic councils, ensuring alignment and effective execution across the organisation.
What You Will Bring
- Experience:Ā 2+ years of experience (or equivalent capability) in a strategy function, ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or an in-house strategy team at a technology or financial services company.
- Analytical Prowess:Ā Strong problem-solving skills with comfort working with data, Excel-based models, and structured thinking approaches. You know how to break down complex problems and test hypotheses.
- Commercial Insight:Ā Ability to conduct market and competitor research, synthesising complex information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Communication Skills:Ā Capable of producing on-point, well-structured presentations and documentation for an executive audience using G-Suite and Microsoft tools. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset:Ā A proactive, collaborative, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of your work.
