    JOB   SUMMARY

    Responsibilities

    • Lead sourcing and end‑to‑end management of TPMs to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations
    • Own supplier contracts, driving negotiations to secure strong commercial outcomes and ensure full compliance
    • Analyse data and sourcing options to deliver clear, strategic recommendations on TPM solutions
    • Build strong stakeholder engagement internally and externally through proactive communication, workshops, and alignment activities
    • Oversee TPM performance, maintaining governance rhythms, reporting, and KPIs to drive accountability and results

    • Drive impactful outcomes by expertly negotiating, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to achieve strong commercial results
    • Leverage financial and commercial insight to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business performance
    • Communicate with clarity and impact, tailoring messaging to engage and influence diverse audiences
    • Turn complex data into action, analysing information to deliver smart, practical solutions to business challenges
