    This role will see you act as the first touch point for our potential customers after they enquire about funding as well as generate new finance enquiries from our existing customer base. You’ll play a pivotal role in our success by engaging with businesses, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, and seamlessly connecting them with our expert Brokers who will help secure their funding.

    What you’ll do:

    • Work with the sales team by qualifying incoming finance leads over the phone
    • Outbound prospect over the phone to existing Valiant customers to uncover any finance needs they may have
    • Build on your product knowledge and gain a strong acumen in outbound prospecting to handle objections, understand SME issues/ pain points and communicate Valiant’s solutions
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from existing and prospective customers
    • Keep up to date with industry and product knowledge to ensure you are providing customers with accurate and applicable information

    The ideal candidate:

    • Will have a strong desire to enter the world of sales and finance
    • Has experience in sales or customer facing roles
    • Is a self starter and results-orientated
    • Will have excellent communication skills
    • Excited to build a career in finance and sales
