About the Role
You’ll derive enormous satisfaction from configuring, integrating and delivering propositions to market and shaping the internal product development roadmap. This is an opportunity for an advice proposition/implementation expert to apply their traditional skills and knowledge while trying something new.  Leading a global team and working in partnership with prospects, customers and internal teams you’ll:
– Lead the implementation of digital solutions for clients, ensuring customer needs and industry standards are met.
– Define and agree the digital roadmap off the back of focussed workshops, discussions and advice on best practice.
– Establish appropriate standards for digital journeys.
– Ensure stakeholders and the leadership team are kept abreast of progress, milestones and risks.
– Support continuous improvement activities.
– Ensure solutions can be configured according to any new/anticipated regulatory changes.

What It Will Take to Stand Out
Drawing from a broad and varied background ideally spanning a blend of financial advice, digital program implementation, consulting and project management, you’ll demonstrate your:
– Expertise across investment, insurance and retirement products – this is a key requirement.
– Hands on financial planning/advice experience coupled with a deep understanding of advice rules and advisor behaviours.
– Strong working knowledge of financial services technology platforms.
– Experience leading digital transformation programs.
– Project delivery expertise across large scale financial services institutions.
– Flair for leading, motivating and coaching teams.
– A passion for delivering customer centric results.
