    Why this one is different

    Most asset finance roles ask you to build your own pipeline across whatever the client buys next. This one does not.

    The brokerage writes green personal loans for clean-energy upgrades only, with rates starting from 2.79 percent p.a. across a panel of green-focused lenders.

    Leads come from two sources – direct enquiry through the brand’s funnel, and warm referrals from solar and battery installers using the brokerage’s finance integration at the point of quote. The job is to convert those enquiries into settled loans before the installer’s window closes.

    The brokerage is part of the conversation helping homeowners avoid the “interest-free trap” – inflated equipment pricing wrapped in zero-interest packaging that hides 30 to 35 percent merchant fees. The pitch to the client is genuinely cheaper finance, transparent pricing, and a faster decision.

    A dedicated tech and processing team sits behind the consultants, so the work stays on the client side of the ledger instead of buried in admin. Decisions get made in hours, not weeks. The founders are the people you deal with day to day.

    What you will be doing

    • Taking warm, inbound enquiries from homeowners financing solar, batteries, heat pumps or EVs
    • Converting installer-channel referrals quickly, while the installer’s quote is still live
    • Explaining the finance comparison clearly to a non-technical homeowner – what they will pay, what they will save, and why the green loan usually beats the interest-free offer
    • Structuring green personal loans across the brokerage’s lender panel, with senior support behind you if the case is complex
    • Coordinating with installers to keep the install timeline intact
    • Keeping deals moving from enquiry through settlement, with the processing team carrying the admin load
    • Growing your technical stack over time toward a fully accredited broker seat

    About you

    The role is open to a range of experience levels, from earlier-career finance consultants through to fully accredited asset finance brokers.

    If you come in below broker level, the brokerage backs the accreditation and the mentoring so you can grow into a full broker seat over time.

    Backgrounds that fit well include:

    • Accredited asset, personal or equipment finance brokers already writing warm leads.
    • Personal loan, car finance or credit card consultants from a bank, non-bank or fintech lender.
    • Sales or finance roles inside a solar, battery or EV installer.
    • Lending assistants or credit support staff who want to move into a client-facing role.
    • Anyone with real sales chops who can hold a conversation about money without making it complicated.

    Whatever level you come in at, you are:

    • Genuinely interested in the clean-energy angle – not zealous, just curious enough to learn it well.
    • Fast with a warm lead, because the installer’s quote has a clock on it.
    • Confident on the phone and comfortable explaining finance to a non-technical homeowner.
    • Disciplined enough to work from home and keep your pipeline tight.
    • In it for the long run – the pathway is real if you use it.

    Existing accreditation and CRM experience are a plus.

    Neither is a requirement to start if the customer instinct and the work ethic are there.
