    What you will be doing:

    • Close new business through consultative, relationship-based selling
    • Drive pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
    • Align Podium solutions to prospect business goals and overcome objections
    • Collaborate with the account team to accelerate deal velocity
    • Maintain market and product knowledge to position Podium as a trusted advisor

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years B2B or sales experience with a proven closing record (SaaS is highly regarded but not essential)
    • Demonstrated success exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment
    • Strong prospecting and full sales cycle management skills
    • Confident communicating with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
    • Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    What you should have:

    • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
    • Demonstrated leadership ability (we want natural leaders)
    • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
    • Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales
    • Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO’s & VPs)
    • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
    • Passion for online reviews and empowering SMBs
