What you will be doing:
- Close new business through consultative, relationship-based selling
- Drive pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
- Align Podium solutions to prospect business goals and overcome objections
- Collaborate with the account team to accelerate deal velocity
- Maintain market and product knowledge to position Podium as a trusted advisor
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years B2B or sales experience with a proven closing record (SaaS is highly regarded but not essential)
- Demonstrated success exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong prospecting and full sales cycle management skills
- Confident communicating with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
What you should have:
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented
- Demonstrated leadership ability (we want natural leaders)
- Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales
- Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEOās & VPs)
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Passion for online reviews and empowering SMBs
