    What You Will Actually Do

    Join a growth phase at Scout Talent as a Sales & Account Executive. This is a high-volume, outbound, phone-based sales role focused on prospecting, running discovery conversations, and managing the full sales cycle to recommend the right mix of recruitment services and technology solutions.

    • Prospect and engage organisations with 50 to 1,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand.
    • Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from first conversation through to renewal.
    • Run discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges and business goals.
    • Recommend the right mix of recruitment services and technology solutions.
    • Partner with internal specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.

    • On-target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 in your first year (base, uncapped monthly commissions, super).

    • Good with people, can read a room, hold a conversation, and win someone over.

    • Ability to run a proven playbook, sharp tools, and a modern AI-powered sales stack.
