As an Affiliate BD Manager, you will source and manage digital-asset affiliates, influencers and strategic trading-community partnerships, driving acquisition growth within an Australian crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities:

* Source and onboard digital-asset affiliates, influencers and trading communities
* Manage affiliate relationships and negotiate partnership terms
* Track affiliate performance and optimise acquisition outcomes
* Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on partnership strategy

Qualifications Needed:

* Business development or affiliate management experience, ideally in crypto or fintech
* Strong network within digital-asset communities and influencer ecosystems
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
* Analytical skills with experience tracking partnership performance
