As a Proprietary Trading Business Development Lead, you will develop institutional and proprietary trading relationships and expand digital-asset trading business within Australia’s cryptocurrency market.

Responsibilities:

* Develop institutional and proprietary trading relationships
* Drive business development and commercial negotiations for digital-asset trading
* Build market intelligence on trading firms and opportunities in Australia
* Collaborate with product and technology teams on trading offerings

Qualifications Needed:

* Business development experience within trading, crypto or financial technology
* Understanding of proprietary trading and digital-asset markets
* Strong network and relationship-building skills within the trading community
* Excellent commercial negotiation and communication abilities
