Requirements
- Demonstrated success in account expansion sales (not net-new logo acquisition)
- Strong ability to uncover hidden opportunities and drive incremental revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with complex accounts and multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams within assigned existing accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop account strategies to expand product adoption and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets
