Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development, ideally within services, building products, construction or technical industries.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and deliver value-based solutions.
- Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long-term contracts
- Commercially astute with sound understanding of profitability, forecasting and sales funnel management
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, longāterm relationships with strategically important customers within your territory.
- Own and manage the service contract portfolio, including renewals, variations, and valueāadding solutions
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction (NPS), sales funnel activity and report insights to management
- Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow service revenue, modernisation and lifecycle solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Actively manage customer issues, complaints and risks
Desired Qualifications
- Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential
