    Requirements
    • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development, ideally within services, building products, construction or technical industries.
    • Strong customer-centric mindset and deliver value-based solutions.
    • Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and long-term contracts
    • Commercially astute with sound understanding of profitability, forecasting and sales funnel management
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategically important customers within your territory.
    • Own and manage the service contract portfolio, including renewals, variations, and value‑adding solutions
    • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction (NPS), sales funnel activity and report insights to management
    • Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow service revenue, modernisation and lifecycle solutions.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements
    • Actively manage customer issues, complaints and risks
    Desired Qualifications
    • Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential
