    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Building and maintaining active, high-level relationships with global corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Identifying and pursuing contract growth opportunities and service initiatives (such as risk advisory, smart technology, and casual guard surge solutions).
    • Developing and implementing annual operations and account plans that drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensuring high-level contract compliance and tracking overall service delivery KPIs.
    • Managing portfolio budgets and financial performance, including taking on accountability for revenue, margin %, EBITDA, and cash targets.
    • Overseeing macro risk and issue resolution across multiple client contracts simultaneously.
    • Contributing to governance, strategy, and business processes across region and global networks.
    • Coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports (including dedicated site supervisors and coordinators) to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
    • Overseeing and maintaining an effective safety system that aligns with the G4S OHS Policy and Safety Golden Rules to keep our global teams safe.

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in senior account management or corporate business operations; prior security industry experience is preferred but NOT mandatory as we value high-level business capabilities over technical badges.
    • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and driving business improvement projects.
    • Commercial instinct to be a client’s first point of contact and frame opportunities without being a pure salesperson
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills possessing the professional confidence to act as the primary point of contact for tier-1 global enterprise clients.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and a track record of navigating complex internal and external matrix organizations.
    • High autonomy and flexibility to adjust your working schedule to accommodate global time zones (including occasional early morning meetings for the UK and late afternoon/evening meetings for the US).
    • Self-motivated starter with a strong, resilient nature and a willingness to travel across the East Coast and internationally (including New Zealand) to support on-site relationships.
