Requirements
- Three to seven years of experience in consulting, data science, or statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in actuarial studies, data science, mathematics, commerce, public policy, computer science, engineering, economics, or finance.
- Demonstrated interest in public-sector challenges.
- Experience with data-analysis techniques, including Excel, Python, R, modelling, and visualisation.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Australian citizenship and consent to obtaining Australian Government security clearance if successful.
Responsibilities
- Lead problem-solving for government and social-sector clients.
- Work closely with clients and shape and oversee analytical approaches.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Lead project workstreams or entire engagements, depending on experience and seniority.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to projects influencing public policy, programs, and services across Australia.
- Build strong, collaborative client relationships through regular visits to client sites.
