Requirements
- Three to four years of demonstrated experience configuring or selling Software as a Service solutions.
- A thorough understanding of the entire credit onboarding process to facilitate recommendations to customers.
- Strong knowledge of the credit management industry.
- Experience working within fintech or accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Review the CreditorWatch requirements form completed by customers or prospects and validate whether the Standard or Essentials product is suitable.
- Create detailed build requests for the internal build team in accordance with the CreditorWatch requirements form.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Articulate the benefits of product features to the Sales Team.
- Liaise internally with Solution Architects or the Product Management team to clarify product capabilities against customers’ stated objectives.
- Perform Level 2 support to distinguish product issues from user issues, and assist or escalate as appropriate.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with digital credit applications.
- Project management or project coordination experience.
