What you’ll do:
- Leverage your expertise to identify and secure new clients, fostering growth through the sale of Pismoās payments and banking technology solutions.
- Develop, nurture, and execute a robust pipeline of opportunities within key markets and segments, ensuring a steady flow of potential business.
- Work closely with regional leaders and partners to ensure comprehensive regional coverage and to drive revenue growth.
- Deploy advanced sales methodologies to accelerate deal closures, utilizing a value-based selling approach to convert pipeline opportunities efficiently.
- Consistently meet booking and revenue targets, demonstrating your ability to drive significant business results.
- Cultivate partnerships with peers and senior leaders in various functional areas and across global teams to optimize business outcomes.
- Operate effectively within a complex and competitive environment, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders to achieve commercial goals.
- Apply strong financial knowledge to structure deals that maximize value and drive execution within the partner ecosystem.
- Promote a collaborative environment with key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared goals.
- Employ high-level problem-solving and project management skills to navigate challenges and deliver results.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelorās Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- 10 or more years of work experience with payments, Cards and/or core banking solutions
- Proven track record in driving new client acquisitions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Disciplined execution of sales methodology to accelerate deal closure through a value-based selling approach.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers and seniors in other functional areas and across global regional teams.
- Ability to work independently within a complex and competitive environment and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong business acumen related to deal structures and value to execution to the partner ecosystem.
- Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.
- Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel Locally and regionally if required.
- Understanding of Pismo or its competitors solutions.
- Pre-established relationships with some of the main financial institutions and BIN Sponsors across AuNZ.
