JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end financial reporting process across subsidiaries and commercial regions
- Define and maintain group reporting guidelines, standards, and tools
- Act as the key finance contact for YRC Group, auditors, and external advisors
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long‑range financial modelling
- Support the development of Strategic Plan financials, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Deliver insightful performance and profitability analysis to support executive decision‑making
- Maintain and enhance group reporting, consolidation, and profitability analysis tools
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of finance systems and processes
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of senior finance professionals
Key Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Several years’ experience in a senior finance role, including Head Office exposure
- Proven experience across Accounting, Consolidation, and FP&A within an international organisation
- Strong IFRS knowledge and consolidation expertise
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- High‑level stakeholder engagement skills, able to work effectively with senior executives, commercial regions and subsidiaries, group finance teams (YRC HQ), auditors and external consultants
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong MS Office capability
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. SAP, M3, or similar)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
